Let's start from today, I am an actress, a group facilitator, and a personal coach. But it wasn't always easy for me to speak in front of an audience. In the past, just before stepping onto the stage, my heart almost jumped out of its place. Let me paint a picture for you: a shy girl, wide-eyed, in seventh grade, ascending the stage to sing a song in a school ceremony. During my solo, my voice cracked — and by cracked, I mean it was barely audible, like a whisper. I stood there embarrassed, with three layers of laughter echoing, including from the principal. I looked at them, laughing, some pointing at me, some talking to their friends and glancing at me. We stepped down from the stage with awkward laughter, and the ceremony continued. Despite the major failure, I returned to the stage with a second song, as rehearsed, but this time, to my surprise, the audience didn't laugh. They all started clapping and cheering me on. They were rooting for me; they wanted me to succeed. Over time, as I delved into the subject, I understood that the audience would be on my side as long as I provided value, and they received it: two songs, a good laugh, an improvised performance, and a weekly conversation in the school's corridors. Somehow, amidst a stream of embarrassing social events and the stories I've grown accustomed to telling myself, every time I had to speak in front of people, my nervous system would weaken, not to mention singing, and that's how I walked for years. All of this alongside the fact that I've been performing on stage since I was 11. Lucky me, my passion has always been stronger than fear, but even in my acting studies at the Kibbutzim Seminar, pressure took a significant toll. I realized how much pressure controlled me and promised myself that it would change. Today, the stage is a natural place for me; the tension leading up to a performance or lecture has become an activating and empowering factor. I enjoy doing what I'm meant to do without shrinking; it's a liberating experience. The combination of storytelling, personal authenticity, and stage skills ignites a fire in me, and somehow, naturally, it draws others to step out of their comfort zones and surrender to this process, which includes almost every breath, dismantling, and reassembly.

“Attending the public speaking course with Recheli Pinhas has been a wonderful learning experience. The first part of the course focused on familiarizing with the deepest roots of my fears and stress of standing in front of an audience, allowing me to feel more at ease in these uncomfortable situations... Overall, I highly recommend this course to all of you who are looking for an opportunity to improve their public speaking skills and increase their confidence both in the professional and personal sphere.”
